– Choose exercises relevant to your fitness level in the given sections (Progressions).
– Log your workouts – save number of sets, weight and time for each exercise (You choose what to log).
– Watch videos for each exercise with explanations.
– Switch between workout menu and main menu by tapping the navigation drawer header.
– Explore graphs for each workout.
– Fixed a bug where Workout Dialog is showing the logged workout for wrong date so it was impossible to see the previous workouts (all your data is safe, don’t worry).
– Fixed a bug where toolbar exercise title does not change or action buttons disappear.
